IMG_4659Dear Readers,

Do you know the feeling you get when you’ve been looking for a piece for a while and finally find it ? Well, I’ve just found a perfecto. A “perfect perfecto”.

Indeed, I’ve been looking for one for months, but there were a lot of constraints: either way too expensive or shoul I say un – buy – able  (Saint Laurent, Balmain..), too boring, too classical, not well-fitted enough, (Zara, Sandro..etc) and so on.

After months of trying on all the perfectos in the world I’ve finally found the ideal one for me. It is from The Kooples (a brand you may have noticed I really enjoy).

What I liked about it, apart from the fact that it is perfectly cut and fits just right, is the way it uses two kind of treatments on the leather, giving the piece an interesting contrast. You’ll see what I’m talking about below with close-up pictures. I also love all the zippers you can play with, leaving them open, closed, or half-opened.

The leather jacket inspired me to style an urban casual look, the kind to wear on week-ends to look stylish yet comfortable.

Pair of jeans, leather boots, floral print t-shirt (florals..for spring.. groundbreaking!) and a salmon scarf for the pop of color.

Here is the look :

Infashionably yours,
